Brie Larson

BrieBrianne Sidonie Desaulniers, born on the 1st of October 1989 was an American actress. At the age of 15 she was well-known for her supporting roles in comedies. Her career has taken her into leading roles in blockbuster films and independent films. Larson has been awarded several awards which include the Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award and an Primetime Emmy Award. Time magazine named Larson as one of the 100 most important people of the world for 2019. Larson was admitted at age six into the American Conservatory Theater's training program. Her acting career began in 1998, when she appeared in a comedy sketch on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. After appearing on Raising Dad in 2001, Larson briefly considered pursuing a musical career. The album, Finally Out of P.E. was her first release. in 2005. Larson was a supporting role in the comedy film Hoot (2006) as well as Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (2010). She played the part as a sardonic young woman in the television show United States of Tara (2012). Larson's breakthrough came when she played the lead role in Short Term 12 (2013). The actress continued to appear in supporting roles in The Spectacular currently (2013) and Trainwreck (2015). Larson received the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance as a kidnapping victim of the drama Room (2015). The adventure film of 2017 Kong: Skull Island marked her first big-budget release, in which she played Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, beginning with Captain Marvel (2019).
